I'M GETTING MARRIED!!!

Flashback to Eva's wedding reception in Michigan, January 2004 -- where without the slightest bit of effort from me, her purple and blue bouquet found its way into my hands (seriously, you had to be there, I just stood in the back so that her friends and family could dive for it. Those flowers were coming to me whether I wanted them or not!) Eva jokingly turned to me and laughed "you're next!" while a wedding photog snapped a picture of a surprised me and her (not this photo). Turns out, Eva was right. As you all already know, Ed proposed on Friday afternoon, and it is safe to say I was completely stunned and surprised, which apparently was the whole point. I am very excited, and loving the ring!! (see ofoto album) Eva and I spoke tonight on the phone, and I'm already making her promise to reserve extra days to party in Philly!! Anyway, more developments to come, and I will soon have a page on www.theknot.com (thank you, Cyn), once an official date is set. That way, that page will be reserved for all things wedding, and the blog of fame will remain the blog of fame, with only occasional wedding stuff. More news to come!
