Here come the brides

Bridesmaid Toni got a pretty cool gift on Christmas morning. Her boyfriend Nick gave her a picture frame with the day's date engraved on it it.

"I thought you'd want to remember this day," he said, as he pulled out a ring to propose!

One of the best parts of a proposal is calling your friends afterward and getting a few minutes to act stupid. My Christmas morning phone call went something like this:

(phone rings)

Me - "HI!!!!!!!"
Toni - "um, you probably already know this, but..."
Me - (loud ear piercing scream)
Toni - (uncontrolable giggles)
Me - (screaming)
Toni - (laughing)
Me - "We're ENGAGED!"
Toni - (screams)
Me - (starting to cry)
Toni - "Oh my God!!!"

You get the idea.

So now Toni and I are both brides to be, which is pretty exciting. So now at least I have someome to share my Knot and wedding magazine obsession
with.
