Sweet, sweet chocolate

So, we were literally snowed in this Sunday, and there was nothing on -- save for the "chocolate bake off" on Food Network.
And I was inspired.
We were planning on having a chocolate fountain at our wedding, so I called Chocolate Indulgence of Cherry Hill to reserve one. The man, named Lib (perhaps short for Liberaci??? Guess I'd shorten it too) was a nice enough fellow and explained all the ins and outs of dealing with 25 pounds of sweet Belgain
chocolate as it cascades down the fountain, uh, thingie.Oh, and the fountain comes with an attendant, whose sole purpose in life is to guard said fountain and make sure, you no, no one "double dips."
Yeah, sounds glamourous.
Anyway, it's done. Lib sent us a contract, which Ed hastily went over with a fine tooth comb, and off goes the deposit.
Of course, none of this matters to me, because no way is warm wet chocolate getting anywhere near my wedding dress.
But here are some pics of Lib's fantastic fountains ... hey, now THAT is a way better name for his company.
Seriously, if that was his company name I would have called him way sooner.
